🚁 Team RS flying into August...

With a real variety of projects keeping us all busy.

We're currently working on our second helicopter hangar, this one in the south of the country. Meanwhile closer to home we're kicking off the week with another lorry load of steel heading to site to begin a new high-level steel structure.

Lincoln City Football Club we're putting the finishing touches to our part of the project with more of the iconic red steel, intricate flashings, detailing and final finishes that help bring everything together. (a big shout out to the team at Gen2 Energy) they've been great to work alongside and are doing an outstanding job of getting this project over the finish line.

One trend we've really noticed is the growth in the leisure sector. We're currently delivering two padel courts and a new play barn, alongside our agricultural new builds. It feels like more and more clients are looking to diversify and invest in making the most of their sites.

It’s official 🙌

We’re delighted to announce our official business partnership with Lincoln City Football Club

We’ve been considering this for some time, and with us celebrating our 40th year in business and also our involvement in the new development at the club, it felt like perfect timing!

Sadly our fourth director Matthew Boulton couldn’t make the official photos as he was away on site - keeping the cogs turning 🙌

We’re all incredibly excited about our involvement and look forward to the opportunities it may hold.

Of course we’re also looking forward to plenty of moments seeing the ball hit the back of the net this season ( no pressure lads 😉)

This week is proving just how strong our team is.

It’s only Wednesday, temperatures are already soaring, and we’re proud of the progress made so far this week.

✅ The roof is now on at Lincoln City FC
✅ Another packed week of door deliveries and installations
✅ Steelwork going up across other sites
✅ Groundworks gangs .... getting stuck in as always 👏
✅ Fabrication teams working behind the scenes, making sure every component is ready for site.

Despite the heatwave, the team continues to power through, delivering strong results and maintaining the high standards we pride ourselves on.

A huge well done to everyone on site, on the road, and behind the scenes for your hard work and commitment.

Strong team. Strong work ethic. Strong results. 💪☀️

Ending the week with strong progress across two live projects in Lincoln.

We’ve returned to site following a short pause while earlier stages were completed by Daniel Charles Construction Ltd and are now pushing ahead with the next phase. It’s been a strong restart and a great example of how efficiently we operate when everything is in place

Meanwhile, at Lincoln City Football Club working for Gen2 Energy our first phase of works is now complete. We’ve temporarily stepped back to allow the next stages of the programme to progress, with our return scheduled for mid-May to begin steel erecting… That's the really exciting part 💥

We all know that construction is a coordinated process, where progress relies on clear communication, sequencing, and collaboration across all teams.
We remain organised, prepared, and ready to step in as soon as the next stage is ready to go.

We have some great gangs on site who continue to take pride in maintaining momentum and delivering progress 🙌

A strong week all round... Well done team RS, now ready for the bank holiday ☀️

We’re delighted to be working for Gen2 Energy & Construction Energy on the new Lincoln City FC Fan Zone at the LNER Stadium ⚽

While a significant amount of design, detailing and preparation has been taking place behind the scenes over the past few weeks, we’re now preparing to head to site in the coming days as the project moves into its next phase.

With a very tight programme in place, our team has pulled out all the stops to ensure we’re ready to deliver to the highest standard within the required timeframe. It’s been a fast-paced start, but one we’ve fully embraced.

This project means a great deal to us. As a Lincolnshire-based family business and with so many of our team being passionate supporters of Lincoln City, it’s a real honour for Rase Steels Construction & Civils Ltd to be joining forces with Gen2 Energy & Construction https://lnkd.in/eUgpenAn
to support our local club and contribute to something that holds such importance for both the club and the wider community.

Working alongside Phil & Neil at Gen 2 has been a pleasure so far, and we’re looking forward to building strong foundations for a great working relationship moving forward.

The scope of works included
✅ Full steelwork package
✅ Mezzanine floor
✅ Cladding
✅ Flashings
✅ Steel doors, and canopy

A real standout feature of this project was the intricate and highly skilled cladding work, which not only performed exceptionally but also created a fantastic aesthetic finish.

With the micro-rib cladding laid horizontally to enhance the visual appeal, complemented by a striking colour combination of Anthracite, Orbit Red, and Goosewing Grey.

The finished result is both practical and architecturally impressive ...exactly the kind of project we love to be involved in.

It was great to work alongside AMS Build Concrete on this one and see the shared vision come together so successfully.
