✨️ check work pages for work/ reviews
✨️ check personal social media pages
✨️ Do they offer a meet & greet

Always do a meet & greet it gives you a feel for the person plus a chance to ask questions, and for the business owner to see the size & condition of the property.
Only hand over keys 🔑 when you feel comfortable to do so, and lastly if there a few pound over what you would like to pay, it's your home, it is well worth it, happy Wednesday 😊
