We’ve been busy recently and haven’t had chance to keep everyone updated on what’s happening. Here’s some structural steel going through the workshop that forms part of a large mil steel structure we’ve made and installed for a local site.

Continued investment as we install a new semi automatic Band Saw. This has a cutting capacity of 610 mm x 450 mm.

Further upgrades to our CNC plasma capacity as of the 1st of September we will now be undertaking cutting up to 60 mm thick mild steel plate.

Fantastic work by the fabrication team and the installation team who have installed the structural steel extension and pipe bridge today at one of our great customers.

• Spanner work and general maintenance skills
• A good basic mechanical understanding
• Strong timekeeping and reliability

Working hours: 07:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday

Weekend work and overtime available when required.

Another excellent shift for the team down at Longcliffe Quarries LTD replacing the baioni rolls in the primary crusher.

14.5t max lift at 14m radius using Emsley crane hires 160t, the works included stripping the existing feed chute and greedy boards from position and taking everything out through the roof.

Excellent work and a very speedy project to get the crusher operational again.

85 meter supplied and laid for Beaver Bridges down at Severn Trent 💧 sewage works assisting the new bridge and infrastructure upgrades. Some challenging falls needed to be achieved across the pours, all sorted and ready for the grand opening in a few weeks time.

A busy few days in the workshop fabricating this new 6” water pipeline.

The trouser legs have been fabricated fully in house, with the pipeline now fully welded, coded welded and trial assembled ready for galvanising.

The suns been shining and one of our site teams has been busy getting this office and storage building erected.

We have been involved with this project from the design package, fabrication and now installation. We aim to be moving off site shortly to allow the block and stone work to be installed before we can get in to clad everything.
