Experienced Landscaper / Team Leader Required
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaper / Team Leader to join our established team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in high-end hard and soft landscaping, with strong knowledge of:
* Porcelain paving
* Sandstone paving
* Block paving and setts
* Timber structures, decking and fencing
This role requires someone who can confidently manage projects from start to finish, maintain exceptional standards of workmanship, organise site operations effectively, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ landscaping experience
* Proven ability to run landscaping projects independently
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Reliable, professional and hardworking attitude
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent attendance and timekeeping record
