This weeks recap!

We’ve been extremely busy this year, but i look to do weekly re caps now in review of what we’ve been up to!

Its not all big jobs, this week we removed this leaking shower tray, tiling and enclosure in derry hill.

We installed new viper board, tanked out the area with waterproof membrane, re tiled and installed new tray and shower enclosure - all in 30 degree heat without touching the rest of bathroom.

We worked closely with our customer to ensure the finish was as expected and their new enclosure provided a stylish but practical area for showering!

Lots of underfloor heating pipes laid today - 2 houses.

Lovely job done by the team and we look forward to getting into first fix pipework next week.

New oil boiler and water softener installed on a project in newbury for our valued client, Donovan construction.

We’ve worked alongside architects, heritage and the client to ensure the barn conversion that this system feeds is brought into life. Working as a pool hose for the family.

We will share the finished project once san ware and cast iron rads go in!

This week we are heads well and truly in the gas game.

Another valued client who continues to use us for all commercial gas related works.

Test and inspection on approx 900 meters of gas pipe ranging from 8” to 1/2” steel.

Gas to air purge on approx 400 meters of pipe, cap of 8” and decommission.

Bring installation up to current standard for insurance purposes.

We are pleased to have secured the works to west hall house in sherbourne.

We have the permisson to carefully remove bathrooms in this lovely listed property working closely with the clients, architects and structural team to achieve a flawless finish.

We will be removing ceilings and listed floor boards to install new copper pipework in the bathrooms, which forms part of the larger mechanical works happening in the spring where New air source heat pumps, booster pumps, hot water cylinders and copper pipework will be installed as phase 2.

Part of our works include the insulation between floor joists, plasterboard and hydraulic lime skims to provide the desired finish.

Boots on the ground in the next couple of weeks and more updates to follow!

Great to see the progress being made on one of our mechanical projects in lansdown, bath.

Neat and tidy as always by our highly experienced installers 🤝

Thanks to the tin lid weve fitted a New Worcester Bosch gas system boiler & A New tempest pressurised hot water cylinder flowing down to a full copper 1st fix throughout using press fit on rubber lined clips.
We will be installing and Aquabion UK Ltd water conditioner and Fastwarm Underfloor Heating to follow - more updates on them elements as the project progresses in the coming months with bathrooms being supplied by Dan Hitchcock!.

We start the new year incredibly busy!

Currently running on 9 reasonbly sized projects with a further 7 due to start in the spring.

I popped over to one of our sites this morning in lansdown, bath - to see the mechanical works progress.

The guys are doing an excellent job so far, I look forward to watching the progress as the bathroom fist fix goes in.
