Just finished my SMSTS — Site Management Safety Training Scheme officially ticked off!

It’s not just another qualification for me. It’s about making sure every site I step onto is safe, organised, and set up to run well from the get-go.

In my work as a fractional project manager, I’m all about bringing a bit of calm to the chaos—clear plans, good communication, and a site that feels like a solid place to work. Safety plays a massive role in that. When people feel safe, things flow better. Projects run smoother. Everyone wins.
