🚿 A recently completed bathroom renovation 🚿

We've been busy with larger projects lately.. but we still love putting the same level of care and attention into the rooms that matter most in a home.

This bathroom was transformed into a modern, spacious and practical space, featuring:

Llanfairfechan, Conwy renovation and extension really taking shape now.

Scaffolding is down, revealing a stunning transformation featuring a standing seam metal roof and a challenging 10m roof light that adds real 'WOW' factor.

A few final external details to finish, then a big push to get the clients back in by month’s end.

Huge thanks to the team for all their hard work through the winter to get this to where it is today 💪

Energy Efficient Extension & Retrofit – Llanfairfechan

Strong progress as we move into the final stages of this project.

The property is now fully weathertight following first fix, with a new roof in reclaimed Welsh slate and a breathable silicone render system completing the external envelope. A significant insulation upgrade has been delivered throughout, primarily through internal wall insulation, greatly improving thermal performance. Solar PV is now installed, with ASHP and battery storage to follow.

Internally, plastering is underway, with underfloor heating and a full MVHR system in place—providing fresh air while retaining heat.

With windows being installed this week and scaffold coming down shortly, we’re now focused on the final push to deliver a comfortable, energy-efficient home ready for our clients to move back into.

Bungalow transformation nearing completion in Treaddur Bay🔨🏡

New windows, roofline works, and structural steels have completely opened up the kitchen, dining, and living space. Large sliding doors bring in the views and create a true indoor-outdoor feel 🌿

The layout has been reworked to maximise space and flow throughout.

As always, a solid team on this one 👊

Looking forward to Stage 2: porcelain paving and external painting to finish it off 🎯

We’ve just started another fantastic project in Llanfairfechan with stunning views across to Ynys Mon🌊✨.

This house will be taken right back to its bare brick and transformed into a modern, energy-efficient family home 🏡⚡.

The lads have been busy with clearing and soft-stripping, getting everything ready for the structural phase of the build. 💪
