See images of a full gate restoration worked on for a customer in Cardiff.
Images 1 - 4 show the condition of the gate prior to the work.
The previous paint coats were flaking off the gate and rust was taking a hold.
Images 5 - 8 show the gate after they had been cleaned and ground back to bare metal removing multiple paint coats and rust.
Images 9 - 12 show the gate being primed ready for painting.
Images 13 - 16 show the gate after they’ve been painted with two coats of black Hammerite.
Nice little project, took a weeks hard graft but well worth the effort.
