If you're forever repositioning the same part and want it to lock in the same spot every time, this is the piece for it. The GN 824 indexing plunger drops a spring-loaded pin into place, then holds until you pull the k**b to release it.

The pin has a chamfer on one side, so it slides over edges and grooves in one direction and latches firmly in the other. It's all stainless steel, with a hardened plunger pin. The "rest" versions let you hold the pin retracted when you don't want it engaging: pull the k**b, twist 90 degrees, and a notch keeps it there. You can also set the latching position anywhere across 360 degrees.

This is a handle that does two jobs at once. The GN 422 is a cabinet U-handle with a push button built into the grip, so you can grab a panel and hit a control switch in the same movement.

Press the button, and it sends an electrical impulse, wired as either normally-open or normally-closed depending on what you need it to do- stop a machine, for example. There's an LED ring around the button that glows red or green depending on how you connect it, and it's there whether the button's pressed or not.

Available with one or two buttons, and its compact shape drops into pretty much any build.

Screwing plugs in and out on an assembly line adds up. The TP-C push-fit plug skips that step: it presses straight into the hole, no threading, no tools.

Two NBR O-rings seal it once it's in, and it's made to DIN dimensions so it drops into standard holes. The TP-C is the plain version; if you need the tank to vent, the TP-CF has a side breather hole. Technopolymer, rated to 100°C, in black or orange.

Leave a machine out in a field overnight, and the oil filler cap is an easy target. The SFW-VP breather cap is built for exactly that, so it can't be opened without the key that comes with it.

It's a pressurised double-valve cap that holds a slight pressure above the oil to help stop the reservoir deforming, and it filters incoming air to 40 microns. The fold-away key is small enough to keep on the same ring as the ignition key, and it can't be unscrewed by hand. Made for earthmoving and agricultural machinery, and anything else left unattended.

An oil reservoir needs to breathe as levels rise and fall, but you don't want dirt getting in when it does. That's the job of the SMN and SMW breather caps.

The SMN filters the air moving in and out of the reservoir, down to 10 or 40 microns depending on the version. The SMW goes a step further with a double valve that holds a slight pressure above the oil, which helps stop the reservoir deforming. Chrome-plated steel cover, rated up to 100°C.

When the washdown hose is opened, or when regulations require it, ordinary components don't last. That's what the INOX range is for.

These are Elesa parts made in stainless steel, either fully stainless or technopolymer with AISI 303, 304 or 316 stainless inserts. The point is corrosion resistance, so they hold up in food, pharma and other places where the rules make corrosion-resistant materials a requirement rather than a nice-to-have.

Guiding heavy loads around a conveyor without scuffing them up is a fiddly problem. The GLD-AZ roller side guides solve it with rows of shaped rollers that let products roll past instead of drag.

They're built as solid self-supporting structures, so they handle real weight and size, pallets included. And because the rollers are shaped with a cylindrical contact area, they're a smart pick for glass, where a breakage just gets pushed clear of the debris rather than jamming.
