If there’s ever been a more important time to highlight the need to invest in grassroots sport, it’s now.
The beauty of amateur boxing is that it teaches so much more than what happens inside the ring. It teaches young people and adults self control, discipline, respect and, importantly, not to react when faced with difficult situations.
Our gym’s main source of funding comes from the support of local businesses and the local men and women who work hard themselves but understand the positive impact that clubs like ours can have within the community.
