Making something beautiful out of old scaffold boards!

The customer asked if I could make a console unit top out of old scaffold boards they had in the garden, and im always happy to oblige.

There’s a lot to be said about working on your own and being your own boss, long days, hard weeks, mentally working on other jobs while doing another. But I love it, if you’re in a trade purely for a job then it’s not for you. That’s just my opinion anyway. It’s not a 9-5 situation. The hard work that gets put in during the week makes the weekend more satisfying.

This week has took its toll on my body but I wouldn’t have it any other way!

Been a busy week working on this project!

Making up and fitting mock sash & case windows and 4 panel doors for this gated entrance.

Unfortunately the buildings have seen better days and the plan in the future is to move the entrance, reusing the facade and rebuilding the backs. But this has got them tidied up for the time being.
