'Wayne the owner was very surprised when l rang and specifically requested an air con not for the hot weather but for my severe allergies to pollen, dust and cats. He recommended that l read about Panasonic which l then knew that this someone who really knows his products. Prior to this, l rang all the air con companies locally and l even had a receptionist who told me to get an industrial 8 kilowatts model!
Wayne came on a Sunday, and when he saw me covered up with mask, glasses and hat, he came back the next day and loaned me his portable air purifier and he never mentioned the cost of the loan. He came back the following Sunday with the Panasonic Nanoe X Etherea for my bedroom and the lounge, he explained the installations. He was at the house Monday 8.30am and checked for the third time that l was happy with the installation sites. His workers were very professional, competent, quick and the installations sites were clean and spotless. Wayne came back the following day to check that the units were functioning. It was a very pleasing experience.
Wayne is very supportive and extremely responsive- efficient and effective. He also gave a very reasonable price for a highly sophisticated Panasonic which is very geared for filtering all the major allergens by 98%.
Wayne is an outstanding air con engineer who has an outstanding team of workers. We are lucky to have him in our area'.

A recently completed project which involved air conditioning and whole house ventilation. The ventilation unit provided fresh air to the living spaces and extract from the wet rooms and kitchen. This particular unit was fitted with a cooling coil.
