SO AS WE WIND DOWN READY FOR THE XMAS BREAK WITH OUR FAMILIES AFTER WHAT I CAN HONESTLY DESCRIBE AS ONE OF THE TOUGHEST YEARS IN BUISSNES I CAN REMEMBER DUE TO ONE THING OR ANOTHER..
IN A WHOLE YEAR WE GREW AS A TEAM BUT UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO THE CURRENT FINANCIAL CLIMATE AMONGST A FEW OTHER THINGS WE ALSO CUT BACK DOWN TO THE ORIGINAL SMALL TEAM THAT WE HAD STARTED WITH ALL THEM YEARS AGO... WE ARE MOVING FORWARD COMFORTABLE WITH SOME GREAT PROJECTS ON THE GO AND WE HAVE SOME GREAT THINGS COMING OFF IN THE FUTURE... SO TO ALL OUR OLD AND NEW CUSTOMERS PLUS SUBCONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS ETC WE WISH YOU ALL A MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎅 🎄 AND A HAPPY AND HEALTHY NEW YEAR...

So another proud sponser moment...
Hakin United Football Club first ever girls under 11s teams....
Here at MDL we are proud to be apart of helping the girls get the opportunity to play for such a good club...
This sponsorship is personal to me as I have both my girls playing in the team and also I coach them along side Azaria Griffiths ... Thank you to all the parents for putting the trust in me and following when we made the move to set up Hakin... Also a massive thanks to the club for making the transition possible .

As we wrap up the weekend id like to introduce you to our newest recruit Mr Charlie Davies... Charlie has been with us a couple of days a week over the last few months whilst also attending college doing a carpentry course...
In September Charlie will start his second year carpentry being our apprentice..
We as a team will strive to give him the best training in all aspects that he needs to become a tradesman... And hopefully during that time he will also grow a proper moustache... You got this Charlie... 👍 im delighted that we as a company are in the position to give a youngster the chance to pursue a career as its not that easy these days to get the opportunity.... MDL.... 👍✌️

Unfortunately for us after spending the last few years with us and sharing some of our highs and lows, laughs and moods, and many social nights out tomorrow will be Luca's last day with us here at MDL...
Although im gutted to see him go im greatfull of the time he has given us and will always value his friendship...But on the plus side any work drinks, Xmas parties etc will be alot cheaper because he is the only one to sample every drink at the bar.... Good luck in whatever you do mate and dont be a stranger.. 👍👍
