Well that’s the slate and led work all done on the bowness job!!

All water tight and ready for facia soffits,gutters/down spouts!!

It will look fantastic when we get the cedar cladding, k rend and stone facing done, then it’s on to the inside.

It’s been a busy time for the larl digger recently!

Today jobs consisted of scraping off a yard, clearing blocked drainage gutters and reinstating a bund, then off to job no 2 of the day digging trenches and laying cable ducts for BT cable!

From trench excavation for services, footings to garden clearance , drainage and drive ways. What ever the job give us a call 🪏♠️

With a short but sweet break In the weather we have had a good couple of days getting some jobs finished off. Here are some before during and after photos as you can see it was a big project.

what a difference, we have taken a steep sloped garden and created a huge level pateo area ideal for those long summer nights 🍷. Old damp lawn removed and drainage installed to help irrigation so no more soggy shoes while cutting the grass 👌

Fence ✅ new block wall ✅ new drainage ✅ block retaining wall ✅ stone facing ✅ paving ✅ turfing ✅

Couple of days on a job in millom where the building has structural failure.
Stone work failing causing cracks In the rendering and also internally. The decision was to pin the walls and cracks with a helifix bar and resin system.
3 days in and the scaffolding is up the external walls have all been knocked off and the majority of the helifix bars have been installed, great effort from the lads involved 👏

All works carried out to speck of the structural engineering company who surveyed the property!

Keep a eye out for the finished project 💪
