🚧JOB OPPORTUNITY 🚧

We are a growing and reputable groundwork and construction company delivering high-quality projects in the south lakes and north Lancs. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team.

✅Role Overview
As a SKILLED WORKER / JOINER / GROUND-WORKER you will be involved in a range of site-based tasks, supporting the successful delivery of groundwork and construction projects. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality.

✅Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general groundwork including drainage, concreting, foundations, and finishing projects
- carry out joinery, including stud walls, roofing, flooring ect
- Operate tools and plant machinery safely and effectively
- Assist with site preparation and clearance
- Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

✅Requirements
- Previous experience in groundwork or construction preferred
- CSCS card not essential but a plus
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Good physical fitness and stamina
- Full UK driving licence
