WEEK ONE, 8 INCH VERTIQUKE MACHINE TO HELP WITH DRAINAGE. TWO MORE WEEKS TO GO.
SEE EVERYONE AT TRAINING THIS WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT THE CLUB 6.30PM START. OLD SCHOOL SESSION WITH BROWNIE THIS WEEK FOLLOWED BY FOUR DIFFERENT COACHES FOR FIVE WEEKS WHILE COACH MATTY IS AWAY.
