A recent triple garage conversion into a beautiful 2 bedroom bungalow as part of a small development in Wolverton. Planning restrictions stipulated we had to maintain the industrial look of the building as we are in a conservation area. Complete strip out and digging out the old garage floor. Removal of the garage doors to construct new cavity walls before restoring the doors and rehanging in block work. Highly insulated floor with underfloor heating and liquid screed, internally studded and insulated exterior walls before skimming and decoration. Fitted out with a lovely new kitchen, bathroom and flooring. Tenants in and on to the next one

Posted • Extending49 update! Front window apature now in position. First floor joists in, all supporting steels now in and block and beam in place in the new section. Single story roof going on at the rear with openings being created for the skylights. Lovely to see it all coming together and taking shape. .inchley

After many conversations about what year was built, the evidence was presented to us amongst the brickwork while removing a section of it. Great find #1935

Favourable weather and the block work goes up to first floor level. Steelwork arriving next week for the fun to begin
