🎉A very belated but well-deserved milestone celebration for Matty Carr!🎉

Last year we accidentally overlooked an important milestone, so we’re putting that right now.

Matty has officially been with Parkway for 11 years, an incredible journey that started when he joined us as a 18 year old site labourer. From those early days on site, Matty has shown commitment, drive, and a real appetite to learn and progress.

Fast forward to today, and Matty is now a fully established Project Manager, successfully delivering and running contracts valued at up to £18 million. His growth over the years is a brilliant example of what can be achieved through hard work, loyalty, and the opportunities Parkway provides.

Matty’s story is one we’re incredibly proud of and one that reflects the strength of developing talent from within.

Congratulations, Matty Carr, and thank you for everything you continue to bring to Parkway. Here’s to the next chapter 👏

Some seriously sharp pistol brickwork going in on-site, delivered by the skilled team at bf brickwork.

We're using Apollo Stock bricks supplied by Bespoke Bricks, perfectly paired with Marshalls plc mortar to bring out a clean, cohesive finish that really stands out.

A great example of quality craftsmanship and materials coming together.

👷‍♂️ Work Experience Spotlight 👷‍♂️

This week we had the pleasure of welcoming Josh Snaith from Sir Thomas Fremantle School into the world of construction!

Josh got hands-on experience across several areas including Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering, Site Management Operations, and even a spot of Bricklaying. He approached every task with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a level of confidence well beyond his years.

It's been fantastic to see his curiosity and eagerness to learn, and we're confident that whatever path Josh chooses, he'll go far.
