Another successful installation completed! 👏

This F Drive ALMiG compressor installation was predominantly carried out by our apprentice, Evan, with guidance from mentor, David.

It’s fantastic to see Evan continuing to grow in both skill and confidence through hands-on experience. Alongside his practical work, he is also completing additional training, including recently achieving his Safety Passport qualification.

We look forward to seeing Evan continue to develop throughout his apprenticeship.

It’s been a non-stop few weeks, with a high volume of servicing work and new installations keeping us on our toes.

A big shoutout goes to Dave, who continues to lead from the front, and to Evan, our apprentice, who’s been working closely under Dave’s mentorship and putting in a fantastic effort. Seeing Evan develop his skills on site while learning from Dave’s experience is exactly what teamwork is all about.
