Making better use of space.

For this bathroom, we built a custom storage cupboard designed to keep towels, toiletries and cleaning supplies organised. All bespoke to the customer's specification, utilising the existing space and spare materials!

Sliding baskets and shelving make everything easy to access while keeping the room clutter-free.

Good storage design can completely change how a room works.

Lighting can completely change the feel of a room.

For this bathroom renovation, we installed colour-changing LED recessed ceiling downlights that switch from any white to over 2,000 colour combinations, including a music "sync" mode.

This allows the space to be bright and practical when needed, but also creates a completely different atmosphere in the evening.

Another project completed by Excalibur Building ⚔️

This tired family bathroom was completely transformed in just 10 days, working closely with the customer to bring their vision to life while staying within a tight budget, showcasing our efficiency and client-focused solutions.

The project included:

🔹 New plumbing throughout, fitted with lever isolation valves for easier future maintenance (if you're aware, these are a game-changer).
🔹 Bespoke storage with custom-built drawers and handmade cupboard doors.
🔹 Stone-effect feature wall in the shower area.
🔹 New flooring, tiling, taps and fittings.
🔹 New radiator with pipework concealed within the walls.
🔹 Smart colour-changing LED lighting controlled via app or Alexa.
🔹 Full re-plaster and redecoration.

We were able to reuse some existing furniture and source materials competitively to keep the client's costs down.

Even the customer's cat stopped by to inspect the work — thankfully, it passed the test 🐈

We transformed a tired old kitchen in Milton Keynes into a sleek, modern space featuring:
