Looking for someone to help on a single job next week on the 1st and 2nd November.
It is a loft boarding job. Which will include heavy lifting of large floorboards, other materials and tools. Setting out, cutting and laying those boards around obstructions etc in the loft.
REQUIRED:
- Someone with experience of loft boarding and/or floor laying.
- Own transport.
- Reliable.
- Good communicator. Ideally English as a first language or fluent enough to understand and give back conversation/instruction quickly.
- Customer Service awareness and skills. And customer focus driven.
IDEALLY:
- Someone looking to take on more work for the future. Ad hoc at the beginning.
- Or someone looking to partner up with who loves being on the tools all the time but wants to outsource the site visits/quoting/marketing side.
- Own van, tools and insurance/ set up to go out on their own.
- Competency in the building trade. Mainly carpentry but any Multi-Trade.

PAYMENT:
Rate TBD. Happy to discuss and pay for the experienced. I normally look to pay on the Friday of the week of any work undertaken.
FUTURE WORK:
- I am looking to find someone who is looking to fill dates in their diary/ or an ongoing partnership of some kind. Not neccessarily just looking for unskilled extra hands. So if you struggle to take on jobs that are more than one person because you dont know a reliable second person, that is what I am after.
