Intermittent heat pump fault diagnosed and resolved today.

Found a heavily blocked strainer hidden within the pipe insulation, restricting system flow. After a thorough clean, flow rate improved from 5 LPM to 24 LPM and the unit returned to normal operation.

We relocated the boiler into the airing cupboard, giving the customer much better hot water pressure, improved efficiency, and a tidier setup overall.
