📍 The Beeches- Upper Heyford- phase 1 completed 📍

This was a pleasure to watch unfold, 3 Fully vented lead top dormers completed by the super talented Will from WJS Leadwork and Roofing ltd from advice through to ex*****on this man has it all and a real pleasure to work alongside for this part of the project. These roofs had previously been done in GRP only a couple of years ago and unfortunately been installed incorrectly. The client wanted something long lasting and in keeping with the rest of the property so code 5 lead was the material choice chosen by our client.

Phase 2 is also complete and will be uploaded soon so keep your eyes peeled for that one ⚒️

📍 The Beeches- Steeple Aston 📍

That’s phase one completed on our steeple Aston project. Unfortunately this roof had been done by a builder less than two years ago and was already failing.

A full Ress-Tec Flexitec liquid overlay was our choice on this project, a beautiful property now with a roof that will last some years.

✅ Another project down ✅

We have now completed x3 houses in Bletchley all next to each other. It’s always nice to be recommended, the majority of our works comes through recommendations which fill us with joy.

This project was a fun change for the lads, it was off with the old and in with the new. A fresh clean look and a freshen up of the old sheets. This time a more durable sheets 16mm double wall to last longer than the originals.

🪚 Another one bites the dust 🪚

Another flat roof completion, this had the full works. A side extension on one side. All new rafters installed onto the Concerete deck. It’s always fun fixing into concrete. Our method is to drill and sink 100mm concrete screws straight into the concrete for a solid long lasting solution. Yes we even fixed our fiirring pieces down the same way. No corners cut on this job or any job for that matter.

We pride ourselves here at .roofing to always produce the highest quality workmanship we can provide whilst always learning and trying to improve our craft.

We’re buzzing to get this project over line- The Beeches- Steeple Claydon 📍

Full Flexitec overlay on the main roof, and x3 lead dormers to be completed by the talented Will from WJS Leadworks.

🛠️ The boys are back in town 🛠️

A recently completed flat roof for a lovely client, The existing felt roof had served its purpose and it was timefor a new roof, completed to the highest standard using Fleeceback EPDM.
