A pleasure as always to assist another local business today. We spent the day down in Minehead, helping out our good friends over at Prohire Plant Ltd.
Josh and his team will be exhibiting at Dunster Show tomorrow, so booked us in to give some of their plant machinery a once over prior to the big day.

We will be taking a day away from the business ourselves tomorrow to visit the show with some friends and no doubt some of our spaniel pack! 🐶
For anyone interested in the countryside and agricultural affairs, we can thoroughly recommend this fantastic, family friendly day out with something for every one. Also on display you’ll find an array of incredible local businesses, from around the West Somerset area and further afield!

One year on from the tragic bus accident, our thoughts remain with Oliver’s parents, family, friends, and everyone in the wider community who continues to feel this heartbreaking loss.

At Prohire Plant, we are proud to be part of this community, and today we stand alongside everyone taking a moment to remember Oliver and support those whose lives were changed forever.

Some anniversaries remind us of the strength, kindness, and compassion that communities can show in the face of unimaginable tragedy. Today is one of those days.

From all of us at Prohire Plant, we send our love and support to Oliver’s loved ones and to everyone remembering him today. ❤️

It’s no secret that here at Jenks & Son Valeting, we love to support local businesses as much as possible here in Somerset, and today is no different.

We would like to take a moment, to shout out another fantastic local firm that we have had the pleasure of crossing paths with over the last few months.

Prohire Plant Ltd based in Minehead.

Josh and his team, have an exceptional knowledge when it comes to anything plant machinery related, power tools, servicing, hire and even sales!

Away from the business in previous months, we have used Prohire to complete an array of ground work jobs on personal projects we have going on, as well as used them to hire diggers and dumpers from. From foundations to drainage, micro diggers to cherry pickers, there are not many things this brilliant local business can’t assist with! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So back to today, where we have had Josh service our ever trusty Honda Generator for us with the minimum of fuss, ensuring we get many more fault free years out of it.

It’s rare we get to say spending money on something so trivial is a pleasure, but the service we have received now on multiple occasions from Prohire, really do make it a pleasure to use them!
