Foundations trenches all passed off by Conwy County Council Building Control and will be poured this morning….. I know, not our typical Friday afternoon pour 😅👌

Another stunning Farm House development in progress. The original barn has been demolished to make way for a full removation extension to be carried out to current building regulation standards.

Works progressing well on our design and build Farm house development. The first two of three floors have now been installed and we will soon be on with construction of the roof structure.

We’ve had a productive week at our Gwernymynydd design and build project, roof trusses fitted, gables built, facias and soffits fitted, roof covered in and site left tidy for the integrated Solar panel trays to be fitted over the weekend. This will allow us to tiles the roof next week and drops the scaffolding to allow the externals to be completed ☑️

Planning permission came through in November with one goal for our clients — be in for Christmas.

At the end of Novembe We made it water-tight in 10 straight days.
Internal fit-out completed throughout December.
Keys handed over a week before Christmas — exactly as promised. 🎄

Our returning client asked us to unlock the potential of a steep, underused part of their garden. We designed a bespoke double garage with generous attic storage, positioned to maximise space while complementing the existing property.
We also reworked the driveway levels to create safer, smoother access for everyday use.
From concept and drawings through to planning approval, we managed the entire process — and we’re now proudly in the build phase.
