Completed last week block work repair on a barn that had recently been severely damaged due to a fire 🔥
We used hollow blocks for the full build filling all panels up with concrete to the 6th course also laying 4inch block cuts up the back of our block work to tighten it right into the steels 🧱

This is the latest job we’ve taken on starting to take shape now with the garage and band lift on house being completed just before the Christmas , scaffolds lifted and loaded up ready for a good week 🧱

A garden wall we started beginning of last week took us 3 1/2 days to complete from foundation level, the client decided to put the wall in to give her abit more privacy when sitting in her garden which it has done without blocking her completely in from the garden side 🧱

On this job there is a brick skin to go all around the property with art stone features , the back extension is also getting elevated to have a second floor matching the rest of the house 🏡

The squads been split up for a week or so as we’ve had two repair jobs on
What has happened here is part of an old timber lintel had rotted away and as a result it has crumbled and part of the wall dropped with it
To fix it this we took down the work above the lintel sorted the problem with the timber out and pushed it back into place we then built a supporting flat block wall below the timber and proceeded to build above again setting out the window jams to be re-rendered 🧱
Plenty acros in to make sure it it’s was safe and nothing else dropped while there was no support 🦺
