🚧 DQM CONSTRUCTION — 2 LABOURERS WANTED 🚧
DQM Construction Ltd are looking for 2 labourers to join the team, with immediate starts available from Monday.
We’re particularly interested in young guys aged 18+ who are looking to get started in the construction industry, keen to learn, work hard and build a career in groundworks.
Previous experience is not essential — the right attitude is.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn the correct way from the ground up and gain hands-on experience across:
🔹 Deep drainage
🔹 Road construction & formation
🔹 Groundworks
🔹 Kerbing & concrete works
🔹 General site operations
🔹 Plant & machinery experience as you progress
This is not just a short-term labouring job. We’re looking for people who want to learn, develop their skills and potentially build a long-term future with DQM Construction.
Requirements:
✅ 18 years old or over
✅ Valid CSCS card — essential
✅ Reliable and willing to work
✅ Good attitude and keen to learn
✅ Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
