A message to all England Fans.
The guys played well and against probably the best in the world is a credit to the game. To reach the Quarter finals is a feat never been done to my knowledge since the win in 1966. We will win once we beleive we can win.
The tactics to defend the 1-0 lead was wrong it was a negative position that shoud have been attack attack attack to acheive another goal. Argentina are too good and too determined to just sit back and put their heads in their hands. So the inevitable was going to happen and it did.
On a positive note we can take a lot away from this years tournament and learn that defending a match is not going to win us the game.
Poor tactics from the manager.
