Another transformation with this slate grey hardie board cladding🤩 Currently working on a garage conversion on this property in somersham. The client wanted some ideas how to bring the front of the property up to date and stand out from surrounding houses. The old full height window to the lounge was cold and rattled in the wind, also giving little privacy. We blocked up and insulated the lower part of the window and replaced the top half with a new A rated unit. Then to bring everything together to striped the old hanging tiles renewed the felt and batten and finish with this maintenance free cement fibre cladding. Doesn’t it look great😆 Garage conversion pictures to follow shortly🏡🏡🏡

Before and after😍 conservatory conversion nearing completion in pidley. Transforming the room with vaulted ceiling, glass gable and aluminium bi-fold doors. Just some cladding and trims to finish on this one.

What a transformation we made on this house in Warboys by creating a open plan feel to this outdated styled property. From a separate kitchen, dining room and living room to a free flowing open plan kitchen/diner with a wide opening into the living Room.

Another project we are currently working on, the customer had enough of the conservatory being cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. We’ve built up two block pillars to carry the lintels for 2 side windows and steelwork for a large set of bi-fold doors. Warm roof to be installed and finished off with a full glass gable. Excited to see this transformation finished.🤩

Double garage we have recently been working on amongst other projects, last few finishing touches to be made then ready for the concrete floor to be poured and roller shutter door to be fitted after👌🏻

Little update for the progress at pidley, while the weathers been chilly outside❄️🌨 The team have been hard at work inside👷🏼All first fix carpentry and dry lining completed in plot 1🔨🪚 all ready for S.A Plastering to work his magic while we crack on with plot 2🙌🏻 🏘
