Back to visit an old client in Guildford , adding some much needed space.

Matching in the brick look bottom half with tiles to match existing roof as close as possible.

• KITHCEN WOOD FLOORING •
Old vinyl flooring taken up and new grey wood grain flooring installed through out kitchen and pantry, finished with scotia where needed.
Plinths cut down to allow flooring to go underneath units appliances.

• DECORATING & FLOORING •
Newly painted walls, ceilings and woodworks to this property in chessington.
Very nice and challenging project having feature walls and two colour contrasts throughout brought this property to life.
New carpets installed in bedrooms and living/dining room.

• KITCHEN WORKTOPS •
Solid oak work top trims added to the oak worktops we installed giving it that finished look.
Worktops finished with a danish oil to make the grains stained out.

• NEW ROOF •
New roof completed this week.
Felt, batten and Redland 49 rustic red tiles and finished with dry ridge systems and lead around chimney.

• OAK KITCHEN WORKTOPS •
New solid oak kitchen worktops installed this week, treated with danish oil to make the grains stand out and protect it against stains.
Finished off with a new double sink. Customer designed.
These worktops really make this kitchen pop.

• PROPERTY REFURB •
A project we have recently completed, new carpets, wooden flooring throughout, along with a nice new paint job. A very challenging job but such a rewarding one at the end.
Thankyou to Sam, Emma & William in trusting Topley & Sons with the task of making Williams first home one he can enjoy on his journey through life.

Stripped back an old dated bathroom and gave it the new modern look. Another very happy customer.

• GARDEN WALL & DRIVE •
New brick wall built with double column and finished with tile sailing course, alleyway dug up and levelled and re done in a nice stone and finally driveway re levelled with added border filled with slate.

Grateful to get this job through recommendations and adding another client to bow.

Old render stripped back to the bricks, bricks patched in where needed before new render and dulux weathershield paint applied to bring this house in Guildford back to life. Another happy customer 🙌🏼
