We were called in to install a more modern accessible bathroom with a lower walk in shower tray

We Recently completed this full bathroom installation for a lovely couple in New Romney

This job entailed of Ripping out a bedroom back to brick, overboarding a lathe and plaster ceiling, installing a lintel and opening a doorway into the bedroom so it's a Jack and Jill bathroom with 2 entrances, repair the chimney stack, board all walls, plaster the ceiling, tile all walls and the floor, install new bathroom suite.

Customers was told by other builders that this job couldn't be done as the soil stack was the opposite end of the building

We recently completed this kitchen for a lovely customer in Lydd

This customer had a built in garage that backed onto their kitchen and wanted to extend the kitchen by using part of the garage

We had the building regulations and drawings done by our architect Building Drawings and worked with Shepway council to get the garage up to regulations

We knocked down the brick wall in between the garage and kitchen, installed a beam, put up a new insulated stud wall with a self closing fire door, added a new DPM, insulated the floor and raised it to the new finished level, complete new electrics and plumbing, installed the new kitchen including tiled splash backs and laid the new LVT flooring

This is a job we recently completed for a customer in Folkestone

This job Entailed of opening up the front room / dining area by removing the walls both sides as far back as possible.

We installed a RSJ, removed all the wood chip wallpaper, boarded over the ceiling and plastered all walls and ceilings, custom built 2 shelving units either side of the chimney in the dining area, blocked up the chimney opening in the dining area and the opened up the chimney in the front room, installed brick slips in the fire place and installed oak shelves and a oak mantel, all ready for the customer to have new carpet

New bathroom for a customer in a Ashford

This job entailed of removing the old suite that discovered a leak that had rotted the floor and joists which We replaced, then tiled in herringbone pattern and installed the new tray, installed the flooring then installed the new suite with black finishing. We filled in any marks on the walls and rubbed down as the customer wanted to do the decorating themselves.

We then had to cut out a section of the ceiling below where the leak had gone through to the plasterboard and skim over feathering it in.

Bathroom completed In Dymchurch for another lovely customer

Our customers wanted a shower and bath and after having a couple companies come out she was told said it cannot be done, until she called us.

We removed the old suite, altered all the plumbing and electrics, took down the cupboard and re built it slightly smaller to make more room for the shower enclosure, then installed the new suite

We now offer snagging lists from £120.

Has your dream kitchen, bathroom or home improvement project turned into a nightmare?

From shoddy kitchen and bathroom installations, extensions, terrible tiling or poor plastering we can offer a snag list.

We have 50 years in the trade joint experience and can offer a professional snag list

We offer Inspections on shoddy installations from larger companies such as Wickes to smaller jobs done by the dodgy handyman from the pub!

What is included
- One hour home visit.
- First 15 minutes discussing the issues
- 45 minutes viewing and inspecting the work.
- Then a written headed letter pointing out the issues that need to be corrected.

This is per job, if it is multiple jobs such as a bathroom and kitchen then it would be classed as 2 surveys needed .

These have helped our customers get work put right, get their money back, even used to support your side in small claims court.

We might not be RICS but in our opinion there's no better survey than someone who's a professional in the trade not from an office.
