Breaston Project 🏠

We started work on the newbuild of a nice 2 bedroom bungalow straight after Christmas and the lads are cracking on nicely 😊

Another great project for LJ Builders comes to a close in Sudbrooke, Lincoln.
A dated bunglow has had an awsome vaulted extension to host a new kitchen/living area.
PV panels, rendered, and a full internal and external refurbishment.
Fantastic work from the lads for a really lovely couple to make their new home.

As we approach completion of the new build of a 5 bedroom house in Southwell.

Customer is moved in and putting the final touches to the great job that our team at LJ Builders have done.

A few progress pictures of the build of a 5 bedroom house in Southwell which we started in March.

Services going in.
Build up to roof height.
Roof on using two differing materials being a standing seam roof with solar powered velux windows and slate tiles incorpirating in-roof solar panels.
Internal works started with underfloor heating throughout ground floor and overlay board system on 1st floor.
Now boarded, plaster skimmed out and mist coat decoration.
