🍋 When life gives you lemons… you sip, paint & network!

Our BIM Engineer, Georgina Smith, had a lovely evening at the WiBSE East Midlands Sip & Paint event on Wednesday!

It was a great opportunity to get creative, meet other women working across the building services industry and most importantly, build connections and share experiences.

We’re always pleased to see our team getting involved in events that bring people together and help create a supportive community across the industry.

A huge thank you to WiBSE East Midlands for hosting such a brilliant evening and to everyone involved in making it happen!

🚨 Incoming Project

We’ve got another exciting project underway…

Our team is currently working on the Electrical Engineering design for a brand-new leisure and entertainment development, featuring indoor go-karting, bowling, crazy golf, games and a range of other activities.

Our Stage 4 & 5 scope includes LV schematics, mains distribution, containment, lighting and emergency lighting, alongside specialist power and data systems for the activity areas.

We’re excited to be working on this one and can’t wait to share more information with you soon.

✅ Project Complete | Mount Pleasant, Islington

We are pleased to have completed the Stage 5 Mechanical & Electrical design for an affordable rented office development at Mount Pleasant, Islington.

Our role focused on delivering coordinated, build-ready M&E designs, with energy efficiency, sustainability and occupier comfort at the heart of the scheme.

The completed design incorporated MVHR, high-efficiency heating and cooling, low-energy ventilation, efficient domestic water services and coordinated drainage, alongside the electrical installation including LED and emergency lighting, mains distribution, fire and security systems, containment, small power and data infrastructure.

We're proud to have supported the project from design through to completion, helping deliver a modern, efficient and well-coordinated office space.
