This isn’t just about the business — this is about you.

Nearly 35 years ago, You started with nothing but a VW LT35, a handful of customers, and a work ethic that most people will never truly understand. Long days turned into longer nights. Miles on the road meant time away from home… sacrifices that didn’t go unnoticed, even if they didn’t get spoken about at the time.
You never shouted about what you were building. You just got on with it. Quietly, consistently, doing the job right — every single time.

Behind every reliable truck is a man who keeps the wheels turning…

Meet the one who makes sure the Munson Transport Limited fleet stays On Time. Every Time.

A walking Snap-on advert, he’s never far from a tool and there’s not much he can’t fix. From early morning jobs to late-night saves, he keeps everything running like it should.

He keeps all the trucks in top condition — passing MOTs, making sure everything is roadworthy, and out on customer sites on time without a hiccup. No drama, no delays… just gets it done.

He paints, he fixes, and rolls out some seriously impressive custom trucks that sit proudly in our fleet. He’s currently in the process of building two more show trucks of his own… watch this space 👀

He might not always be front and centre, but without him, nothing leaves the yard.

Behind every smooth delivery is a team that keeps things moving — from the drivers out on the road to the man in the yard making sure everything is loaded, safe, and ready to go.

Keeping turnaround times seamless and operations running like clockwork, these lads are a key part of what we do here at Munson Transport 💪

JACK
• Loves a good caravan trip — if there’s a field and a hook-up, he’s there 🚐
• Big fan of Northumberland & Cornwall… mainly for the massive beaches and freezing cold seas he pretends to enjoy 🌊
• Grandad duties in full force — spends most of his time being run ragged and loving every minute of it

JAKE
• Snowboards for fun — because normal hobbies clearly aren’t dangerous enough 🏂
• Recently won a charity boxing match… so we all speak to him a bit more politely now 🥊
• “Training” for a charity golf day in July — currently spending more time talking about it than actually practising ⛳

PETE
• Loves fixing his own car… spends half the time fixing it, half the time looking for the tools he’s just put down 🔧
• Enjoys time with his dog — probably the only one who doesn’t get the big sigh when asking him for something 🐶
• Sighs like he’s been given the hardest job in the world… then goes and does it in half the time anyway

DYLAN
• Used to be a chef — so if the transport game goes quiet, we’ve at least got catering sorted 👨‍🍳
• Proper gamer — builds his own PCs, creates mods, and probably understands technology better than the people who made it 🎮
• Cycles to work every day — done more miles on that bike than most of the lads in trucks 🚴

Today we’re shining a light on four more of our lads who know exactly what it takes to meet deadlines and hit delivery times. Out on the road, they’re trusted to deliver our customers’ goods on time, every time.

They’re vital parts of the wheel — four smooth cogs that keep everything turning and the business moving forward.

🔹 3 (Slightly More Honest) Facts About The Lads

BRIAN
🐕 Has two Dachshunds called Oliver & Pepper — although Oli (aka Snapper) as the truck show lads know him.
🚐 Loves getting away in his caravan and building VW Transporters… starting a job and buying more and more parts than before finishing it.
Although he keeps the cleanest truck on the fleet, And his truck 2 years ago won MAN Truck Champion.
⚽ Supports Arsenal F.C. — so he’s been emotionally preparing for disappointment since August

MARIO
⚽ Big fan of Plymouth Argyle F.C. — a rare breed… and we’re still not sure how we found him
👴 Known as the “Daft Grandad” — and from what we’ve seen, it’s a very accurate title
🍄 Goes by “Mario” for obvious reasons… just waiting for him to turn up in overalls and start fixing pipes

MARK
🐕 Takes Our Murph everywhere — who guards the cab like a full-grown lion… until you realise he’s about a foot tall
🚐 Lives for the caravan life — if there’s a field with electric hook-up, Mark’s already booked in
💪 Proper team man… and probably more attached to Murph than most people are to their kids

ROSS
🎬 Claims to be a film star — and technically he’s not wrong thanks to The Football Factory… blink and you’ll miss him
👧 His co-pilot Lily keeps him in check — especially in school holidays when she basically runs the passenger seat
🚒 Former firefighter — so if anything goes wrong, we’ll all just stand back and let Ross handle it

🚛 MEET THE TEAM – Day 3

Today we’re introducing a few of our specialist machinery lads.

These are the boys who are on the front line at customer sites, unloading their own vehicles using specialist equipment with precision, care and a lot of skill. It takes serious concentration and experience to do what they do every day, and they represent the company directly when they’re face to face with our customers.

Safe to say they do a cracking job of it — with plenty of laughs along the way as well.

Alan
🍺 Has seen most of the world… although mainly through the window of a bar
⚽ Loyal supporter of Newcastle United F.C. — which shows real character and patience
💸 Says he has an expensive wife and granddaughter… we suspect his bank account agrees

Charlie
⚽ Firmly believes he’s the most naturally gifted goalscorer Ollerton has ever seen — unfortunately football scouts didn’t agree or anyone else for that matter.
🔴 Supports Liverpool F.C.… especially when they’re winning (funny that)
🐕 Walks his dogs for miles every week — mainly because they refuse to come back when called

Roman
👨‍👦 Loves spending time with his young son and partner — especially if it involves a nice holiday somewhere warm

MEET THE TEAM

Today we’re introducing four more of our lads who do whatever it takes to deliver the level of service we expect and keep our valued customers happy.

Between them they drive a wide range of vehicles, from 3.5 tonne right through to Class 1, and also operate some of our specialist equipment when the job calls for it. Their dedication and work ethic make a real difference day in, day out.

They’re also a big part of the atmosphere around the yard — keeping morale high in camp and making sure there are always plenty of laughs along the way.

Brian
⚽ Big fan of Nottingham Forest F.C. — although he still talks about them like it’s the late 70s when they were winning everything
🎖 Former Household Cavalry who served on active duty with the Life Guards — something he’s very proud of
✈️ Loves jumping on a plane to Tenerife for sun, sea and plenty of sangria

Stan
🚗 Drives all the way to Poland a few times a year — about 1,000 miles like it’s just a quick trip to the shops
🐕 Has two Jack Russells he loves spending time with
🎣 Very keen fisherman who enjoys a bit of peace and quiet by the river

Nick
🎯 Loves a game of darts and reckons he’s always “one throw away” from a 180
