A significant milestone for APD Ltd

We’re proud to be delivering specialist energy monitoring work for major sports stadiums across the UK & Ireland 🇬🇧🇮🇪

With stadiums hosting everything from the , competitions to the and to major concerts, touring artists and large-scale live events! These are complex, high-demanding environments where infrastructure performance matters.

The images below show stadium grass growth lighting in action: traditional lamps shown in yellow, and newer low-energy LED alternatives shown in pink. Once the client could see the true cost of the existing system in both £ and CO2, the decision was made to trial a more efficient option.

This is a highly specialised area and APD Ltd is proud to be helping lead the way with stronger systems and clearer insight.

More to come soon 👀

Have you ever heard the phrase "what matters most is what’s on the inside"

Well we couldn't agree more! Clear layouts, disciplined wiring and accessibility for maintenance are critical in control panel design, not just for commissioning, but for the full lifecycle of the system.

At APD Ltd we build panels to last and perform to the highest standards. It's in our DNA.
