Investing in our team’s development is a key part of strengthening our understanding of Building Control across the business. 💪🏽

To support this, each member of our Admin team will spend a day every quarter out on site with one of our RBIs, gaining first-hand insight into how site inspections are carried out. 🔍

Yesterday, Daniela and Tianna had a brilliant day developing their technical understanding, seeing inspections in practice, and meeting some of our clients and contractors face-to-face. 🗣️

A huge thank you to our RBIs, Rupert and Andy, for sharing their knowledge and experience with the wider team. Opportunities like these are invaluable in helping us grow together as a business. 📈
