🪚🔨 Project Complete in Staffordshire 🔨🪚

We’ve recently completed this stairs and decking installation at the rear of a rental property in Staffordshire for a landlord looking to make the area safe and compliant.

✔️ Stairs fully compliant with all building regulations and complete with non slip stair treads and nosing
✔️ Provides a much safer means of escape and access/egress
✔️ Designed with both practicality and durability in mind

As part of the works, we also transformed the surrounding area by tidying up previously uneven and unsafe ground, finishing it with 20mm gravel and railway sleeper retainers for a clean, stable, and low-maintenance result.

A great example of how the right improvements can add safety, value, and peace of mind to a property.

We’ve just wrapped up this HMO kitchen… and wow, it turned out even better than we imagined! 😍

✨ The brief was simple: Dove Grey Balmoral shaker doors + oak-effect worktops = timeless style.
🌿 Then the client threw a curveball: The Botanist green (Crown Paints) on the walls 🫣

At first, we weren’t sure… but wow — what a choice! The bold green breaks up the grey, turning what could have been a clinical space into a warm, welcoming kitchen where residents can cook, share meals, and hang out.

Behind the scenes:
🔹 Layout designed with visuals for client approval
🔹 Sourced units, doors, appliances & worktops direct from trade/factory (huge savings 💷 vs big retailers)
🔹 Fitted everything to spec in just 1 week ✅

When it comes to kitchens, the big national retailers come to mind first — but local businesses can deliver better quality, more care, and often for less.

Just finished installing these slim dado wall kits from Cheshire Mouldings. The panelling really breaks up the vast wall spaces of this large living room adding depth, character, and a touch of traditional charm. 🙌

We recently turned an empty, wasted corner of a bedroom in Stoke-on-Trent into a sleek, fully functioning en suite — and the results speak for themselves! 👏🛁

What we did:
🔹 New partition wall, plaster-finished with new skirting, architrave, door & frame
🔹 Installed a shower tray, glass screen, stylish vanity unit & light-up mirror
🔹 Fitted a chrome towel radiator for the extra touch of comfort
🔹 Finished the walls with matte marble-effect tiles & the floor in contemporary LVT
🔹 Added spotlights & upgraded ventilation
