This we're taking a look at a project we completed for Jaguar and Land Rover in Edinbrugh.
The newbuild project included a 12 car workshop, 10 car showroom and 65 used car display area.

Around 38% of the worlds carbon emissions comes from the construction industry and this needs to fall by 50% by 2030 to achieve net-zero.
One of the ways to help our industry reach this goal is the use of offsite construction techniques.
The optimum use of which lead to a 60% reduction in on-site workforce and a 30% minimum reduction in programme, resulting in cutting CO2 emissions across the whole project.
