Following an unsatisfactory EICR inspection, we recently carried out a full upgrade of the communal emergency lighting system.
During testing and inspection, degraded cabling was identified throughout the installation, making a complete rewire of the communal lighting circuits necessary. ⚡🔍
Everything is now compliant with improved overall safety and reliability✅

🚨 Leak Investigation & Repair 🚨
Pipework to the living room radiator was leaking, causing water to travel up through the floor and appear in the kitchen under the radiator 😬💧
Using the thermal camera, the leak was quickly traced and investigated. Leak has now been isolated and is no longer causing any damage ✅🔧
