We are looking for two experienced Joiners / Carpenters to work with our growing and fast paced company.
The successful candidates will be disciplined in all aspects of joinery. They will have proficient building knowledge to be able to assist and diagnose complex building issues. They will be able to work productively, to a high standard, to agreed deadlines, with minimum supervision. Applicants should be able to demonstrate at least 10 years’ experience and produce references on request.
Applicants will be expected to have their own tools and plant (within reason) to undertake daily duties.

We are looking for an experienced maintenance handy man to respond to responsive/reactive repairs across the North East.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience of working in a similar role. They will be skilled in multiple basic aspects of the building trade and be able to carry out minor repairs and reactive maintenance works. They will be able to work productively, to a high standard, to agreed deadlines, with minimum supervision.

Applicants will be expected to have their own tools and plant (within reason) to undertake daily duties.

The Contracts Manager will liaise extensively with the site management team to ensure the successful ex*****on of multiple projects in accordance with the planned programme. Close monitoring of progress is imperative to ensure that all works are completed on time and within budget.
The Contracts Manager will be the primary contact to our clients and will have overall responsibility for all projects from an administrative perspective.
