Xavia Brooke came to us to fix her roof as a previous “roofer” done a bodge job, she had a leak going into her bedroom, causing water damage and damp, what the previous roofer done was try sticking on a tile with expanding foam prevent it from slipping, didn’t felt it properly, they applied some sort of cement that wasn’t working. Soft to touch, never dried - cured, it was like having cold porridge in the morning.

So we felt sorry. Drove 2/3hrs away to fix it for her. Worked nonstop in the rain, fitted new membrane, new weather proof timber battens, old tiles cleaned & replaced.

All happy now😊

Room conversion we’ve just finished

This property was a 2 bed house now converted too a family 3 bedroom beautiful home. Converted by us, resulting in the large front room split into for their two children, space saver bed built above the staircase bulkhead for storage underneath. Two small size windows fitted, all plumbing and electrics done. (Scroll for the progress)
