Answer: 🗣️ Create a dividing stud wall, insulate well and have an added living/useful space. Obviously with a splash of Matt Black units, Taps, Radiators and internal glazed doors 😍

Without doubt one of the most aesthetically pleasing yet practical utility rooms we have created to date.
