Founded by Group Chairman R B Jackman and Financial Director Audrey Jackman after redundancy from a global quartz supplier, the business was built from the ground up with determination and vision.

Multi-Lab continued to evolve when Paul Jackman joined in 1986, starting hands-on as a cutter and glassblower before working his way through the ranks. MultiLab’s Quartz High Temperature Calciner Ribbed Tubes are specifically designed for the processing and testing of powdered and granular materials at elevated temperatures. 🧬πŸ”₯

Originally developed many years ago, these tubes were manufactured from 75mm OD quartz tubing and limited to just 150mm in length. Over time, in response to customer requirements and advances in application demands, the design has evolved significantly.

We now produce 150mm OD ribbed quartz tubes in lengths of up to 2 metres, allowing for greater material throughput, improved thermal handling, and enhanced performance in high-temperature environments.

These tubes offer excellent thermal resistance and are suitable for a wide range of laboratory and industrial applications where consistency and durability are critical. πŸ§ͺ
