We have built this porch for a lovely older couple so they now have access to a downstairs WC. The specification from the architect was the most precise we have ever had to work to literally down to the exact manufacturer of screws, and trust me they checked as well! All tiled panels removable for access to plumbing behind, everything down to the drainage was designed with military precision, there was zero tolerance or compromise on this one, a very challenging project as it was costed as off the shelf materials at the time of quoting only to to find out there was zero wriggle room on supply of items and nothing was easy to get hold of (learning curve on our behalf).
The finished project however is everything the clients hoped it would be and even more. Amazing effort by the team on this one.

Held off writing this as I just wasn’t ready to post it. Sadly Steve our former surveyor has past away over this weekend.
He was such a loved person with a heart of gold.
Being a total data driven person all I thought about was numbers, Steve taught me about the emotional side of transactions in business, not just in business but the importance of family and enjoying yourself.
It was so easy to work with you we both totally understood each other’s temperament so there was never an argument and when ever I was having a rough day your office door was always open.
I can’t express how much am going to miss you or take the p**s out of you asking if your tired after delivering all the Christmas presents at Xmas 🎅🏻.
Thank you for all the amazing advice and incredible memories love you big man please watch over me. 💙
