Looking back ahead of the Easter weekend with a visit to a completed project in Warkworth, and reflecting on the challenges it presented.

Seeing it finished and settled is a real reminder of the value of problem-solving, experience, and lessons learned along the way.

We’re delighted to share that our scheme at Redworth Road in Shildon has recently secured planning approval.

This exciting development will deliver 50 homes, contributing to the growth of the local community and helping to meet housing needs in the area .

A great milestone for the team- looking forward to seeing this project progress!
