Recent decking and fencing job completed recently in Whitley Bay for a regular client. I had been earlier in the year to put some new posts in the old fence after strong winds blew it over but it was only ever a temporary fix until I could complete the rest of the work. I ripped up all the old decking and framing and fitted everything new, only the fence at the front is original and the angled boards were the inspiration for the design on the new fence.
New trellis and some lights fitted in the decking and it was all complete. Much improved from the rotten deck that was there and ready to enjoy the great British summer.

Fencing job complete today in North Shields for a regular customer. I actually did the outside of the fence last year as a single skin built on top of the wall but the brickwork on the inside wasn't great so the client asked if I could do the inside as well. I also fitted the lights all around the fence and on the front of the house and made a new arched gate which I think finishes it all off nicely.

Kitchen completed in North Shields for a regular client.
I stripped out all the old kitchen cabinets and flooring and fitted a kitchen to the client's specification. I also fitted the kickboard lighting and cabinet lights which were supplied by the client. Unfortunately I forgot to take a before photo of the previous kitchen but it was some transformation!

Some more Alcove units and shelving for a client in Heaton.
They wanted the built in look and had some images that they liked and wanted to replicate as close as possible so the whole thing was framed in with a custom made architrave featuring a triple fluted coving detail and a cornice at the top of each unit.
The client also wanted some lighting for the shelves so some LED strips were fitted behind of a lip on each of the shelves and they we're simply wired in the void up the side of each unit so no wires are visible.
These work of remote control and can be dimmed etc too, they really set the shelving off.

A job completed recently where the client wanted to freshen up their hallway. I swapped the old balustrade for a combination of wood and glass, replacing the old newel posts. Panelling was added up the stairs and along the hallway and I also made a few radiator covers to finish everything off.
The final effect looks great.

🔸Alcove Units🔸

Another set of alcove units complete. This client wanted the built in look rather than floating shelves and I think it looks great in this early 20th century property. Looking forward to seeing them all decorated and in use.
