Established in 2002, our Newcastle-based team is recognized as one of the industry's key (no pun intended) suppliers of Masterkey Systems.

We provide a family of products based around mechanical, mechatronic, electronic and digital key systems.

You don’t need to know every type of lock, access system or security feature before asking for advice.

That’s what we’re here for.

Tell us about your building, the challenges you’re facing and what you’d like to improve. From there, we can help you explore the options and work out what makes sense for your situation.

No need to speak in technical jargon. We’ll take care of that bit 🙂

Contact us via our website or send a DM if you’d like to have a conversation 💬

For independent locksmiths, growth has to make commercial sense.

That’s why we've built the Tigris Partner Programme around more than just a key system.

At Saturday’s Master Locksmiths Association (MLA) meeting in Chester, spoke to members about how the programme can help locksmiths expand their high-security offering with:

🔑 Protected key profiles
📦 No minimum stock
🏷️ Your own branding
🏭 Flexible manufacturing options
🛠️ Technical and coding support
💷 The potential to build recurring revenue through key control

Thanks to everyone who joined us and got involved in the conversation.

If you're an Approved Company and you're looking at ways to grow your high-security offering, we'd be happy to talk.

A finished key might look simple...

Behind it sits a carefully planned hierarchy of access, permissions and security.

🔑 Who needs access every day?

🔑 Who only needs occasional access?

🔑 What happens if departments grow?

🔑 Could the building change use in five years' time?

Designing a master key system is about asking the right questions long before the first cylinder is manufactured.

Every building has different access requirements. If you'd like to discuss yours, our team is always happy to help 🫡

Some buildings never sleep 💤

Some welcome thousands of people every day.

Others protect sensitive information, valuable assets or the people inside.

Different buildings. Different challenges.

But one thing they all have in common?

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞.

That's why access control isn't one-size-fits-all.

Whether it's a hospital, university, hotel, residential development, bank or short-term accommodation, every environment has its own challenges. Security should adapt to the building, not the other way around.

That's why we work with specifiers, architects, locksmiths and architectural ironmongers to design systems that work in the real world, not just on the floor plan.

Great access control isn't just about keeping people out.
It's about making access simple, secure and seamless for the people who 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 there.

👉 Planning a new project or reviewing an existing one? We'd love to help.

Holiday let owners are switching to smart locks, and it's not hard to see why👀

Traditional keys come with a long list of headaches:

❌ Lost or unreturned keys
❌ Expensive lock changes
❌ Time-consuming check-ins
❌ Security risks from outdated key safes

Our smart digital locks remove those issues entirely and are designed specifically for short-stay properties and Airbnb hosts.

Your guests enjoy a seamless arrival experience, while you stay in control with remote access management.

✔ Better access
✔ Better guest experience
✔ More bookings

Isn't it time your holiday let went keyless?

Our Sales Director, Clint has been putting some more miles on his passport this week 🙌✈️

After visiting customers and prospects across Hong Kong and South Korea, he had the pleasure of meeting with our first partner in Seoul - YB I&C Co. 👏

It’s always great to spend time face-to-face with the people helping us support customers in the region and strengthen local relationships.

Thanks to YB and the team for the warm welcome. We’re looking forward to growing together and supporting customers across South Korea.

Did you know our in-house paint shop is fully BSI-accredited?

Not many can say that... 🫳🎤

This means every Colourmatch cylinder we refinish meets TS 007 standards—without compromising performance, tolerances or security.
