What you’ll be doing:
• Connecting with businesses and speaking directly with decision-makers
• Showcasing TES services and solutions to generate interest in smarter energy procurement
• Understanding client needs and identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Supporting tenders and negotiations alongside experienced closers
• Building and managing your own pipeline of clients and relationships
• Identifying opportunities for renewals and additional business
• Following company best practices and maintaining professionalism at all times

🔥 Renewals Manager – Energy Brokerage

🎯 The Role
The Renewals Manager is responsible for securing contract renewals before expiry, maintaining strong client relationships, and maximising retention and revenue opportunities.
This is a target-driven role ideal for someone with energy brokerage or B2B utilities experience who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of commercial energy clients approaching renewal
-Proactively contact clients ahead of contract end dates
-Obtain competitive pricing from suppliers and present renewal options
-Negotiate terms to secure retention and maximise margin
-Monitor contract end dates and maintain accurate CRM records
-Identify upselling opportunities (multi-site contracts, additional services)
-Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
-Build long-term client relationships
-Work closely with sales and procurement teams
-Meet and exceed monthly retention and revenue targets

🧠 Skills & Experience Required
-Proven experience in energy brokerage, utilities sales, or B2B account management
-Strong understanding of commercial gas and electricity markets
-Excellent negotiation and closing skills
-Ability to manage multiple renewal pipelines simultaneously
-Target-driven and results-focused
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-CRM experience
-High attention to detail and organisational skills
