We recently completed this garage conversion at Cramlington, Northumberland for a family who needed more usable space for their busy day-to-day life. By converting the unused garage into a part utility/part small storage space they’ve gained a whole new sense of organisation and managed to squeeze space in for a treadmill and tv too😃
It was a pleasure working with such brilliant customers to bring their vision to life. From the initial survey to the final bit of hallway panelling we handled everything in-house to ensure an stress-free experience and going way above building regulations.

We’ve recently finished transforming a garage into a fully functional bedroom with an ensuite, turning unused space into a comfortable and modern living area for an amazing family @ Hadrian Park, Wallsend ready for the new arrivalđŸ‘¶

This project involved a full start-to-finish renovation, including:

✅New drainage installation
✅Full electrics, plumbing and heating
✅Knock through into hallway with structual support ✅Structual foundation support ✅New floor and joists fitted
✅Roof raised with an EPDM rubber roof installed
✅Shower cubicle, sink and toilet fitted for the ensuite
✅Complete insulation throughout
✅New window installation
✅Plastering and external rendering
✅All joinery work completed including additional doors
✅All work above and beyond building regulations and passed by building control
The result is a warm, bright, and practical extra bedroom with its own ensuite, adding both space and value to the home.
