In 2023 we have taken on some next level projects throughout the north east and ready for an even busier year in 2024.
With our new office location nearing completion
here at Dream Home Construction we are seeking a administrator role on a permanent basis/part-time basis to start work ASAP.
After afew unsuccessful applicants we are on the hunt again.

The role will include day to day adminstartive jobs including working within a team of different trades and proactively responding to enquiries from customers.
Preparing quotations and invoicing.
Calculating costs and negotiating prices.
Building relationships with clients to maximise sales opportunities.

The right candidate will have to have worked in a similar role previously and has got knowledge within the construction residential and commercial industry.

Depending on experience £20 per hour with a minimum of 16hours per week.
